Its not that I don't care. I really do. I am saying I don't like it when people say those things.

Seriously. I dare you to say you don't care if I ask you what you want for supper. If you do you will get nothing. Because if I ask and you don't tell me I will not bother to cook anything at all. Why? You didn't care. Remember. If you start griping and whining I will begin to think you are a liar.

If you say "whatever" when I ask you what you want for supper, you better run and hide. Because you may well get dog pooh on toast. Ok I won't go to that exream. But you had better like peanutbutter and jelly. Oh! Forget the jelly. Why should I bother wasting my time with it if you gave me a "whatever."

Ok those are easy.

Now when it comes to people. If someone says they don't care or says "whatever " or flicks an attitude like they don't care when it comes to anything that has to do with people, they better not let me hear it or see it. I do care. They will get an earfull from me. If you can't take the time to care about something or someone then you have 1. No opinion 2. No heart 3. no brain. I bet your skivies that you do care if it starts to effect you and yours. And believe it or not... it very much could start looking like it doesn't and eventually land right in your non-caring lap and staring you right in the face. Don't be silly. In reality you do care. After all, when gas prices started to go up it may not have effected your pocket book all that much but as they continued to go up you couldn't go the places you wanted to go so much and you couldn't really do all the things you wanted. You might have notices that the food prices went up because of the gas prices (really now, it takes gas to get things from one place to another). Some of your favorite foods are now missing from your fridge and cabnets. Remember when you didn't care about the stuff going on, on the other side of the planet? Yah well it landed in your lap didn't it.

Just remember, from now on "whatever" is a stupid thing to say. "I don't care" is even worse.
