Weekly outlook
Again, here is the part wher i go over the past school week, enjoy.
Monday-Had the day off from school but still went into the city for a MLK Day Observation. It was fun but there are other ways I'd like to spend a day off, so i might not do that again. I was extremely tired and the fact that i hadn't seen Candace for a while was really starting to dawn on me.
Tuesday-Did absolutely nothing in school. It was a short day (1:40 dismissal) so, no teachers really wanted to do anything. Alex and I took my Death Note and started writing names in it for no apparent reason. I got pissed at my friend Wil cuz he just doesn't like to mind his own business...i don't feel like going into details. I ranted later here in my journal and got it out of my system.
Wednesday- Exams: Spanish and Physics. Well my first 2 exams were okay, I couldn't care less about spanish seeing as how i could get a 0 on the exam and still pass with flying colors. Physics was a bit tougher, especially since the guy behind me started singing "Please Don't Stop the Music" and i started thinking about Candace, but i'm not too worried.
Thursday- Exams: Pre-Calc, English, and Algebra. Pre-calc was alright. It's my worst subject but i would need less than a 50 to fail and i know i got more than half the questions right. Our teacher never told us what was on our English Exam so i was pissed, but then when i saw how easy it was and i just breezed through it.
Friday-Exams: Theology. TGIF!!! For Real! I had 2 free periods before my exam but i went in earlier than i had to so i could at least study a bit. I ended up just bull-shitting with a bunch of friends, after helping Wil move his stuff out of his old locker and into a new one across the hall from mine, and got drafted in character design for the video game they're making. Theology was the easiest freakin' exam i ever had, and to make things better, i was going to Candace's after i was done, so i was pumped. I had an hour to waste before my train showed up so Alex and I went to taco Bell for lunch. I caught the train at around noon and arrived at Candace's house around 12:45. I was only supposed to be over for a few hours and had planned to leave around 5:45 to get the bus. However, i was outnumbered and Candace and her mother would not let me take the bus home at night. At this point, I'm at their mercy for when they wanna take me home. So, i ended up staying the night. It was probably the best way to end a week full of annoying tests: cuddled up on the couch with my girlfriend, kissing and telling her i love her.
Well, That's my story,
~Eric

And as my cheeks ran with cold tears, I noticed that they were not all my own. Rain fell from the dark clouds overhead, hitting my face.
At that moment, I realized something:
"Even the heavens weep for the dead."
