The Night Of Halloween (Chapter 3 Part 2)
Felix swipes his sword, missing, suddenly Reks spins around it, whilst still in the air, grabbing the hilt and contorting Felix and the Sword, crashing to the ground. Now on his two feet he lifts up Felix by his collar and stares at him arrogantly, similar to the way Felix stared at Reks earlier.
"Whats this? The Freak is beating up Mr. perfect!"
"Let me down!"
"Heh!" he mimic Felix "You're worthy of my effort!" Reks drops him to the floor.
"GUARDS! KILL HIM!" Reks eyes widen, astonishingly his eyes were true to their shock, Reks slowly looks up. Thousands of arrows zoom into the air, twisting and spiraling in clouds of steel, hails of arrows, hoards of arrows, clouds of arrows. Reks looks into the helpless eyes of Alexial. She does not want to come with me, after all I will only put her in danger, which means when i kill her, it will be less amusing. He glances at her once more and begins running. She reaches out her arm for him, then saddens.
The arrows don't stop coming, every occasional second they would pierce through a tree, causing it to be uprooted. Slowly but surely Reks could dodge the arrows with ease, it almost became like breathing for him, but he kept running, he ran and he ran until the arrows could not follow him. This was a sure-fire plan until he ran out of breath. Reks suddenly stops, trying to catch his breath, unfortunately.
"AGHH!" I was off guard! DAMN MY LUNGS! He looks around to his back, stumbling to the floor, slowly dragging himself behind a tree. Impaled in his back is an arrow, gushing violet fluid into his body. He examines his blood sniffing it once or twice. "HAH! I am too strong for poison!" "B-but.. i do not have much blood left.."
He slightly leans against the bark of the tree, bearing through the pain. I am not sure how long I can hold this up. He looks around, not noticing the dimming area, his world becoming black. He closes his eyes...
