The Night Of Halloween (End Of Chapter 3)
Alexial begins to pnder to herself; 'why do was Felix's touch so cold compared to Reks', I feel happy, yet somehow sad, happy to be around him, sad to leave him.' She shuts her eyes and leans back fully, falling asleep in Reks' arms. "She is alseep?" He stares at her in a gormless manner. "So peaceful, so b-beauti-", bumps head into branch. THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR NOT FOCUSING!I should rest, but we have rested too long, I must get a place where we can find information.
Reks stops by a rock, he lays Alexial next to it and examines the rock. Reks picks up some moss on the north side of the boulder. There should be people soon, I just need to keep heading north. Reks drops the moss and lifts up Alexial as softly as possible, but this time he puts her on his back. Once again Reks continues to walk, as the forest becomes deeper, vines enlarging into musty green wires of rotten moss, trees multiplying and reaching out for the path, extending their claw like branches into groping shapes and contorting towards Reks and Alexial. Reks looks back to Alexial blowing away some of the silvery strands of her hair from his face. "Sweet Dreams Alexial..."
"But I am awake!" She opens her eyes noticing the pouting lips of Reks (note Reks was blowing away the hair). "AGHH! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" Alexial falls off, and begins hindering backwards. Reks sighs.
"Your hair was in my face! You should really think of tying it back!"
"Oh... I-I'm sorry.. " She looks away slightly embarrassed.
"It seems to me you have some things on your mind"
"I do.. "
"You can reveal your life story later, right now we have to leave", he looks at her with his usual depressed grim expression, then hold out his hand, offering her help up. Alexial blushes.
"He wants to hold hands with me," now even deeper in redness, she smiles slightly and takes his hand, then gets up. Reks noticing her continual grip.
"Ahem.. You can let go now, I was helping you up"
"Oh yeah.. I knew that.. " She looks away.
"We have to get you off that foot", suddenly he grabs her and lifts her into his arms, then continues.
"Why do I feel so warm? I don't want to let go of him.... ever.. "
