End of 1st book and opening to 2nd
The Birth Of Halloween [Chapter 1 Elysian Memory]
"Welcome back Alexial, your home, at Elysia". I heard those words almost a week ago, till date i do not remember this "Alexial", or a month of my life that has suddenly vanished. The Elysian Corporals told me my memory was partly erased, they even told me something else. I had even to attend Valkyraic academy, as a death god i felt completely reluctant, but if i wanted somewhere to live i had to follow commands.
The sky seemed everlastingly blue, refracted the sun's pulchritudinous beams of glorifying light in a matter of all directions. The somewhat marble rounded sky scrapers clawed at the azure abyss. Reks wandered through the busy markets of Elysia and it's well dressed public. Their fair skin, royal clothing, and what seemlessly identified him from all other people; the hue of wings. As the humanoid aberrance made his way through the crowds, more and more people began to set gaze upon his forehead, pointing at the black seal tabooed to the it's right corner. Some people maintained shock, while other pointed fun, there were very few death gods in dremoran and none in Elysia. Dremoran was the only safe retreat for them, as Reks failed his asignment of captivating earth and breaking dremoran's laws, Elysia was his last resort for survival. Obviously Reks had no idea that he was banished from Dremoran, but he soon came to realize, after a couple of threatening sessions with the Elysian guard.
This day was the first of his, in the academy. Reks reluctantly staggered up the long flight of marble stairs, eying the ones who had already made it up the stairs enviously. After several minutes of climbing he finally made it to the top. I need my license, walking is such a bore! He looked around at the few who had their licenses , due to the fact that Reks has graduated his schooling early, it seemed like everyone here was his own age. All the people here were new, therefore did not fly, only few boldly dared the feat for example;
"AGHHHHHHHH! MOVE OUT OF THE WAAAAY!" screamed a feminine voice. The sound came from the distance. Whoa, it is like i can see the sound. In the distance glints of silvery light came rushing towards the academy. The closer, the sound the easier it was to make out the silhouette of the somewhat "Valkyrie-in training" girl.
"huh? OH... STOP!" Cried Reks desperately. CRASH. The two collided, sending them both into the wall then rolling back down the endless stairs, constantly rolling over each other. When the bruising finished the girl immediately got up and smiled, saying;
"Hi! My name's Alexial! What's yours?" Reks replied angrily with a grunt. Something tells me she is going to get on my nerves...
