Most people don't add this as a rule, because they think it is common sense, unfortunately it is common sense, Even more unfortunately these people are way too optmistic in how many people read the front and pay attention to the contents of said front.
It's funny how bars and other places magically sprout extra rooms, hallways, bathrooms and booths (for those that don't have booths), it is actually very annoying because it could cause other things to happen that shouldn't as a result. This is about as annoying how a flying machines can exist in places that give no room for it, or how people can go onto rafters and roofs when there is no way there or no room.
Be aware what the setting is, don't make something up just because it suits you. Sometimes people don't want extra rooms because they don't like the idea of people doing other activities in their establishment.
