Hair: Straight white hair that goes down to her chin tends to get ruffled or blown around easily.

Body Built: Rune is thin, small and pretty much fragile looking, often mistaken for the children she helps look after. Doesn’t help that at 17 she’s kind of flat chested.
Other nickpicky body details: Rune gets her name from the runic markings that are on her torso tattooed in light blue.
Occupation: Library Assistant/Scout for the Lunar Team
Likes: Little things, waterfalls, happy endings, and legends
Dislikes: Making people sad, going fast, and loud noise
Hobbies: Reading, baking, and singing
Clothing Preference: Rune has this thing about sundresses, she loves to wear sundresses that go below her knees, and besides her underwear nothing else. No socks, or shoes and it is a pain to try, and get her to wear a coat. Though, she never seems to notice when she becomes cold.
About:
Not much is known about Rune or her origins, only that for certain she’s not fully human (and in truth her humanity was only an assumption based on looks), and that she was found wandering barefooted through a village as a child. Otherwise no one knows anything about her, some claim she comes from a hidden village in the mountains, but what Rune out and where her parents are is unknown even to Rune.
What is known that Rune has an unusual talent to summon things, which include weapons that defy the laws of physics, and other strange creatures. She is also sensitive to other energies, which has made her a very good scout and warning system. To those that know her, she is gentle and hates to see people sad. The girl has joined the Celestial Teams as her way of trying to repay the village for taking her in.
Rune prefers to stick close to Tristan and Yuki; she likes the two of them and enjoys working with them. Since she has lived a sheltered live due to her frail appearance, she is getting the chance to learn about the outside world. She is always interested to learn new things, and would love the chance to make new friends.
Currently Rune is undercover as a library assistant who deals with the children’s section of the library. Unfortunately she’s often mistaken for the children she is supposed to look after.
Comments:
For some reason I imaged at least one very cute frail girl on the team, why… because I thought she would be interesting. Rune, while she isn’t strong physically, she is very quick, and mainly uses weapons. To clear up the defy the laws of physics before people claim god moding (this is the problem with someone like Rune), I mean… there is no reason why she should be able to pick up these weapons, since her frame wouldn’t allow it. Her creatures actually can’t attack neither, they can only help her get to places and so forth.
Otherwise, Rune on top of this storyline the possibility of opening up into another one about Rune’s own mysterious past. Whether or not it would happen depends on if Rune gains any other reason to spend time with anyone besides her team mates.
Somehow… I can see her with a teddy bear.
