Thursday we went to The Alley in Wichita. It’s pretty much an indoors game area; they have go carts, bowling, an arcade, pool, a bar, extra greasy foods, and overpriced drinks and snacks. I’m terrible at bowling. And every time the metal thing picked up the pins is would drop them and then the slider thing would push them out across the lane or into the gutter.
Today’s mother’s day, I didn’t get my mom much; that I feel bad for. But yesterday we went to the zoo and today we went and had a picnic at donut bay, fed the ducks, and took the dogs swimming with the ducks. Murphy kept jumping into the water trying to catch the ducks; it was so funny since the ducks can swim much faster than he can, Einz even went in for a dip a couple of times. She didn’t know when to stop though. I was worried with her shorter legs she wouldn’t have as much stamina to swim all the way out there and then back.
