This is mostly a weird form of my thoughts being released. They usually come when i am in a dark mood and i don't want to tell anyone.
The Goal
Starting today I am resolving my anger issues. Iam going to work out as much as I can. I am going to meditate. I am going to take long walks. I am going to walk away from confrontation. I am going to shut my mouth instead of following my late mentality of "I'm already in it, may as well get my money's worth". I'm going to release my demons in a healthy way. I'm not going to keep a diary, all it does is store my anger in word form- it's not a release. I'm not going to become crazy. I'm not going to be psychotic. I'm taking control. I'm going to become calm. I'm not going to freak out. I'm not going to become the person I know I don't want to be.
