Chapter 6


When Max and I escaped the woods, I looked back, and though
I heard something. "I think someone is following us." I said a
little scared. He looked back as well. " I don't see anything but
grass, trees, and bushes." Max replied.
"We have to get sight, maybe we can check out how my mom
is doing." I said. Max nodded his head and we both ran to the
direction to my house.

As we were in my yard, I could see my mom looking in the window,
but I don't think see seen us. We both crawled to surprise my mom
and I could tell, Max was excited. I opened the door and told Max
to stay for a minute. "Hi mom! How are you feeling?" I said with
zest and gave her a hug. " Hi honey! I think I'm doing okay. Did you
get your a*****e father?" I shook my head.
"No, but there's some one I want you to meet!" I waved my hand to
que Max to come in. " Mom, this is Max!" I said happily. Max gave my
surprised mother a smile."Hello miss, it's very nice to meet you," he
gave her a handshake," I hope you feel better from that gun shot."
She gave him a smile.
"Oh my, your bleeding everywhere, you can go to our bathroom
and wash up your wounds." she said scared.
Max walked down our hall into the bathroom and closed the door.
"He's sweet!" my mom said. I smiled. I knocked on the door of the bathroom and
said" Max, do you need some cloths? I could bring you some
of my older brother's cloths that he left."
I forgot to tell, I have an older brother that doesn't live with us
anymore. His name was Rea.
"Okay, can you get some cloths that I might like?" he asked nicely.
I went to a small room with some of our old thing. I heard
someone coming.
"Hi-" I said than stopped speaking. It was Terry.
"Hello love, how are you? I'm heartbroken. What about you?" he said
with sadness.
"What are you doing here? How did you get here, you stalker!"
"There's no need for name calling," he said calmly," I snook behind
the back door. I'm also here to kill your mutt friend, Max."
"No your not, you can't even beat him up if you had steroids,"
I said irritated" now get out!" I was trying to push him with all
my might, but he kept grabbing my arms. So I stopped for a second,
then I kicked him between the legs. Hard. I could see tears falling
out of his eyes as he fell to the ground. I dragged him from the room
full with boxes, to outside. After I ditched the body, I ran back inside,
closed and locked all the doors and windows. It took me five minutes.
I went back into the room and found a box that said 'Rea's cloths'.
As I was looking in the box, there wasn't much cloths there.
There was thin black jacket, a white shirt with black and white stripes,
baggy pants with one zipper on each leg, a black collar, black converse,
and a hat that has two strings hanging on the side. Rea was a German
Shepard, and was a little Gothic. We fought a lot, but when my dad
kicked him out of the house, it got really quite. He was 13 when he left,
and I was 10 when I lost my brother. He send my letters sometimes
telling me he's going to save us from my dad even though we fought,
he still loved me, but nothing happened yet. I still wondered if he still is alive.
I was coming back with everything but the jacket.
"I don't think if you'll like it. Sorry." I said calmly.
"It's okay, I'll try it on. It's no deal, and don't be sorry." Max said sweetly.
I smiled and walked to my room.

I was on my bed, watching t.v. My door opened, it was Max. He looked
cute! =^.^=
"How do I look?" he asked while giggling.
"You look cute!" I laugh and smiled. We gave each other a hug.
"You remind me of Rea....I miss him." I said calmly turning off my t.v.
"Don't worry, he'll come for you someday." he replied.
Then I said under my breath, I hope he does. We both went out of my room.
" How does the cloths fit?" my mom asked. He nodded his head and said "fine."
My stomach growled. How embarrassing.
"Ahhh.....sorry. Mom can you cook?" I asked.
"Sure thing." She replied. So she cooked and we went to sleep. whee
