Chapter 18
(Rachel's point of view)
It's been 5 days since I seen Max. I had that same nightmare over and over. Even when I
close my eyes. Right after I woke up from the shots, I felt weak. So I just stayed in bed. But
today, I'm feeling a little better. I'm feeling a little sick from that dream, I also been
lonely. But I hope Ren and Chance are okay.
Terry comes and visits me often all the time, which gets annoying, but it's sweet. I can't
believe I'm losing faith in Max, my heart still believes in him, but my mind believes he just
left me here. I'm so confused. So I just stay in my bed.
I'm starving because Terry told me I can't eat because my dad said I cause many trouble for
the company. I've been also gave a prisoner's uniform. It's black and white with stripes.
I felt so trapped, everybody looked the same. But most of all, I felt lonely, and I miss Max. crying
