Chapter 16
(Max's point of view)
I was so ashamed what I've done. I just let them take her. Tears started to fall from my eyes. Then Saik came
and patted my back.
"Don't worry, we're going to get her back." Saik said.
Piper went to helped mom up.
"All we have to do is move the plan to another day." Tommy said while he came up to me.
I just stared at the ground.
"Then let's move it today!" I said excited.
"We would, but they're all going to be ready for us, we have to wait." Riku explained.
"Damn it!" I said under my breath and fell to the ground.
Mom walked up to me and said,"don't worry Max, she's strong. She'll make it long enough
until we get there. She survived though many hard times. She can make it though this one."
I looked up. Everybody was around me.
"So when do we get her?"I asked.
"I suggest in 5 days."Tommy said.
"But, that's to long. Maybe in 3 days." I answered.
"I know it's going to be long, but they'll be ready for us if we attack early."Saik explained.
I sighed and said,"okay..."

(Rachel's point of view)
I was still in the white van. It's maybe been an hour since I haven't talked and been in the
white van.
"Why won't you talk Rachel?" Terry asked.
I just glared at him.
"We're here."my dad said.
We were at my dad's organization. It was a big building, it had a metal fence with
barb wire. It looked like a prison.
The van door opened, and Terry got out and hold his hand out for me to get out too.(My
hands are tied up so I can't scratch his arm off.) All I did was kicked his hand and
jumped out of the van. Once they started to walk to the big building, I tried to make a
run for it. I didn't really make it far. I tripped on my feet and fell to the ground.
"Damn it." I said under my breath.
Terry ran toward me and grabbed my arm and made me stand up. He decided to keep
a hold to my arms. When Terry took me back to the same spot I got out of the van, my
dad slapped me. Then he put shackles on my hands and legs.
"a*****e, don't hurt her. I still love her."Terry yelled to him.
"Whatever. You'll have her soon."My dad replied.
"What the hell are you talking about?"I said to my dad.
They both didn't say anything. It's like I was invisible. I soldier came up and saluted to my
dad.
"Take her to the cell."My dad told him.
He nodded his head and Terry grabbed my arms from my dad and Terry and the soldier took me to my
cell.
Once I got there, there was lots of other half animals in other cells too. Some of them were
really skinny. It made my sad. I stopped walking to look at everyone. But the soldier put
the gun barrow against my back and pushed me, and I fell on the ground. Some of the
animals started to laugh. Terry helped me up. And I continued to walk again.
When I got back to my cell, the soldier threw me into the cell and I fell to the ground.Again.
Terry went inside my cell and took off my shackles. Once he was done, he gave me a hug.
But I just pushed him away.
"Why did you do that? I don't need a hug from you."I said to him.
"Trying to be friendly."Terry said and rolled his eyes.
"Well your not even close to being friendly. You cut me and stabbed me."I explained.
He didn't say anything. He just stared at me.
Then he finally said,"Whatever. Good night."
And he left my cell. The soldier locked the cell door, and left. I was in a bar cell. In my cell,
there was just a bed, a sink and a mirror. There were other animals in cells beside mine.
One was a girl bunny, and one was a boy lion. They were both very skinny. I felt sorry. So
I just went to the bed, and went to sleep. Worst birthday. Ever. crying
