A Poet In Mind - By Dale Luck
Some poems by moi, and different kinds of poems (haikus, etc.)
Poem 46 - It's The End of History As We Know It, It's The End of The World

Dancing to a non-existent rhythm,
Over the bridge of hatred and despair,
Called down by friends and lovers,
It's true God's never there,

The pitch of a child's untold cry,
The slope of love reaching it's end,
The unfreed minds of those others,
The beginning of a best friend's end,

Yet the others look on,
Dismissing plain fact with rumour,
Their unfreed minds freeing them from life's truths.

Well, I wrote this when we announced we couldn't go out, on the same day she asked me out, because my mate Kirk Bell went all weird and suicidal when he heard. So then we went out for a week, in secret, before she got fed up (see: my relationship curse) and dumped me. Then I said to leave me alone, only for about 10 minutes or so, so I could think of what to get my hospitalised friend as a get well soon present, and she tells me to ******** off. Then I call her a selfish b***h. And now she seems to be pissed everytime she sends me a message, which mainly consist of "you ginger virgin", which is gay of her.

Mainly because she is in fact the very same thing she just said. Spaz.

This poem is named after the new song "Nine In The Afternoon" by the ever loveable Panic! At The Disco / Panic At The Disco.
