Both wanna be famous, and get fame in the end.

Both have cross-dressing friends. Brian has Jack Fairy; George has Isabella.
Both are strange! Brian's lyrics: "Your persian eyes sparkle / Your lips, ruby blue." and George laughs when he's happy.
