yeah...I guess I'm like that too....
except....
I do have an odd habit of making friends who aren't smarter then me neutral (err....in real life I mean...)

I think cause deep inside I don't want to be compared to my "genius" friends...if I had any...

neutral I guess that's the result of how my parents raised me...

I just want their praise gonk I've never been praised, ever....

*cough* anyway...if your friends are really so like what you've described, and they're like that to the extreme [[ meaning they do it very often and they don't care if you notice or not ]]
you better retest your friendship or something cuz they sound more like leeches then friends... neutral

I tend to make friends with people who aren't as intelligent as me. But right now, the new friends that I made since last semester are just too dumb for me. stare

I have friends who go to other universities, but it's harder to spend time with them because they're bookworms. They're my over-achiever friends from high school. xd

I also have other party-type friends, but they're international students... and they happen to be some of my closests friends too. But unfortunately, they're all in Japan right now. sweatdrop

And then there are my Gaian friends. I'm quite comfortable telling them my thoughts and feelings too. Internet friends are great because there's always someone around when I need to talk. 3nodding
