I believe that if I wait, good things will happen. There's really no need to rush into anything. I'm that kind of slow, indecisive, laid-back person who doesn't like to make major life changing choices on the spot. Everytime I do, bad things happen and I end up crashing and burning. But that's life ya know. I learn from my mistakes (85% of the time sweatdrop ) and move on.
I especially love it when opportunities just fall into my lap. When I'm not looking, everything finds me. That's how I got my first job working in the office after I graduated. My practicum host called me a month after I graduated to offer a position in the office. Granted it was only temporary, but at least I did aquire valuable experience to put under my belt.
However, there are downsides to my belief. I could be waiting forever for good things to finally happen. And it definitely reflects my inability to get ahead in life because I lack the competitive will. neutral
