Today I was fortunate enough to meet a Holocaust survivor, some might say, how can I be fortunate enough to meet one? Why would I want to meet one?
Today, this one nice old guy, you never would have thought, changed my life forever.
All Holocaust victims have been to Hell and back, but he lived by miracle, God willed him to live and protected this man to get his story out and known. Henry Golde, author of Ragdolls has told our school the message God wanted him to give out. I always knew hate was terrible, but it is something no one can help, and it just happens. But he gave me a purpose, he lived only to tell us that "Hate is nothing, Love is everything"
This old man has never been more correct. I usually don't like public speakers who come to our school to preach, but this man, this man has changed my life, his story will live on with a majority of his audience. Thank you Henry, you have saved me in a way, and I bid you a good life. I enjoyed your presence today, uberly.
But one question, if God created love, why is there hate?
