These past two weeks sure haven't been fun... I found out my mother wants to move back to Texas, where our family resides. I, however, do not want to go. If I were on my own, I'd be alright, but, I live with her and my sister. Their leaving poses a problem, namely my domicile. I'd be without a place to live. I'll not bore you all with the details, but the big factor behind this all is our finacial situation. My mother has been without work for about 2/3 of the time in the past year, year and a half. There have been other years that have went much like that as well.. This obviously led to us falling into debt.

She resolved all of the debt issues a few months back by filing for bankruptcy. However, she is falling behind again, namely due to the lack of a job. I've helped out as much as I can, but I don't make all that much, so it's a case of using a band-aid on a broken arm. Too little, too late.

I've decided to help her out by now giving her almost all of what I make per month, in addition to taking out a sizable loan, which I will then use to pay off all of our back debts. I don't care if I spend the next 5 years paying this off.... It's the least I can do to help the woman who gave me life, after all. I really don't know why I am even typing this all out; all the people that I've told about the situation already know.... But, that's not the point..

I just hope that her and my sister stay here. Even though my motives seem ulterior, I am doing this out of the love I feel for them. I can only hope it works.
