chapter 2 (ok, there not really chapters, just parts)

It had been a few days since summer started and the girl couldn't wait for her love to come home. Since it was such a beautiful day, she decided that she would surprise the boy with a picnic lunch in the country. So she got a basket and filled it with sandwiches and treats that she made and went over to the boy's house to wait for him to come home. On her way, she thought that it would be good to stop by the wise man's store. Maybe she could catch the boy as he was leaving work and then go on their picnic.
When she got to shop, she popped her head in the doorway and scanned the store. No one in sight. She slowly walked in and said "Hello? Is anyone there?"
"I'm sorry miss, but we're closing," said the wise man.
The girl jumped and let out a little shriek."Oh! It's you. I'm sorry, I didn't know you were closing already. I was just trying to find-"
"Me?"
The girl turned around to see the boy standing in the doorway."What are you doing here?" She went into his arms and kissed him sweetly on the cheek.
"I was looking for you. We have plans today, and I was making sure you'd remember them."
"Of course I remembered, how could I ever forget? I just thought you would wait until I got off work and got home."
"I wanted to surprise you. And besides, maybe now we could start our plans a little earlier."
"Well, that depends on what my boss says." The boy turned to the wise man. "Sir, would it be alright if I took off of work a little early?"
The wise man thought for awhile. "I guess you could. Just make sure that you keep an eye on this lovely lady here. If not, there'll be serious consequences."
"Hehe, yes sir. Thank you. Shall we m'lady?"
"Yes, I think we shall."
So hand in hand they walked out of the store and went on their way to their romantic picnic. As they walked, the girl looked at the boy and she thought to herself, I'm so lucky to have someone like him to love so much. Nothing could ever tear us apart-! She stopped walking suddenly and looked around.
"What's wrong?" the boy asked.
"Nothing, it's just...i thought i felt someone watching us. but there's no one near here."
"Oh, it was probably just a squirrel or something. Lets get going before it gets to late."
She hesitated. The girl had always had almost a 6th sense for these things, and they had never let her down before. She could tell someone was watching them, but she didn't want to worry the boy. "Alright, lets go." As they walked, the girl prayed hat for once in here life that her felling was wrong. For her felling wasn't just one of being watched, but one filled with a great evil as well.
