Went out today, tried (most likely fruitlessly) to apply for a job. I tried 6 places, only one of which gave me an APP, of course it was the dreaded KB Toys all over again. No where else in the mall would let me apply!

Then well, after a day of no one and nothing, Rachel Weintraub, who I haven't even talked to in the last 8 months, comes out of no where and asks me to hang out with her at her house where there are no parents. What would you think? I think you know what you think!

I didn't think it though. I actually didn't ******** care at all. But it was cool to hang out with someone different, my age and mature. It was refreshing.

So we zoomed over to Potamac Pizza cause she was starving, I had a coke and got wired on the caffeine. But I was still pretty mellow. She opened up cans of worms, of course I let them out, this is a taken gal after all (3 ******** years, partially my inspiration for trying so damn hard with Marielena, same aged relationship after all) and so I talk about my problems. Not really bitching, but cas, expressionless but with the pattented Dylan bravado. Oh well, no big deal to her, she was glad to listen from what I could tell.

She then said we should go check out this old abandoned asylum in Rockville. I figured why the hell, not, its something the cool kids would do right? Scooby Doo style? Well we checked it out. She was too scared, so she waited in the car. I went up to the door step, being my brave, "I don't care what the ******** comes at me, I'll tear its ******** head off" self, (not like I said THAT to her, but its what I was thinking) and I knocked on the door. A lot. Nothing came! What a goddamned waste of spooky atmosphere.
So I slinked around the side of the house, and hid for a bit. She opened the car door, turned on the light, and started screaming, asking where I was. I walked right up to the front of the car and she didn't notice (I think she was going to call someone on her cell) and then I slammed my hands against her window. She flipped! It was quite grand, indeed!

So after a bit I got in the car and we drove right back to her house, I decided I'll take Taylor to Constantine tomorrow, hoping its bad a**. We hung there. Her dog ******** ATTACKED me. Not really attacked, but that playful puppy s**t that covers you in drool and makes you feel like a diseased Tarzan loin cloth or something. I swear to GOD. Ahhh. Anywho, chatted it up for about two hours. Obviously things haven't changed for me cause all I can ******** focus on is girl drama.

But is that MY fault? I seriosly can't maintain a decent friendship with a guy, so its essentially guy drama as well, so ******** guys, and ******** girls, if you care about me, its your choice. I can't make you, and I don't want to. Voluntary is the key word ladies and gents.

So I guess she does. She chose me outta a ton of people to chill with and wouldn't mind seeing me tomorrow too, so I might do that. But like I said- no interest in her. Nope. She's taken, and personally, I don't want her or anybody right now. I just miss Ri. Very much. Someone tell her. I am DYING like Sonny from Dog Day Afternoon! AHHHHH.

Going to take a small job tomorrow helping some old people move...so early in the morning though. Damn! They better pay me a lot. Good thing I'm resisting the urge to buy video games.

You know what I just realized?
So much of our lives is about "resisting urges". I actually had a big one today. I was going to pull out a coin and play it Two-Face style, you know the guy from Batman? Not the Tommy Lee Jones version though. If it was heads, I'd let the guy be. If it was tales, I was going to do something CRRRRRRRRRAZY!

Good thing I'm not one of those sick ******** who lets video games and movies control his life. Yay for mental sanity! Sorry Taxi Driver, your message can only go so far!

Gotta go now, people need my amazing muscles.
