I will write this like a speech where I won an award. but also what goes on in my head after each sentence.
Thank you job for giving me a salary I can work with to survive.
(Although I hear salaries are unbalanced and that mostly everyone that works less than me makes more than me, and that hurts my feelings)
Thank you for providing materials and programs I can use to work.
(But why is it so many with no training included or any sort of preparation, and why do you tell us to use it but not make it usable).
Thank you for all of those special events to celebrate different milestones.
(But why do I have to lead those events and prepare them? And if I am preparing and leading them why cant you tell me with time so I can prepare ahead. I warn you about this weeks in advance and you don't listen. why don't you listen?)
Thank you so much for the bottom of my heart. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and all the wonderful things I have learned I will take them with me everywhere I go. Thank you.
(I hate the way you ignore me and treat me. I hope I can use all of this when I go to my next job. Unless you promote me and give me a substantial raise. ******** you.)
