What is one intention I want to set for today?
Girl, for the love of all that is holy study for your damn tests and exercise that ******** workout or ill ********... nothing. Ill do nothing but still you wont like it. I dont know if this answer is good enough. I gotta stop being so aggressive with myself. ( i blame the waist trainer for my strangling mood)
My intention for the day is to have a good day irregardless of anyone elses sour mood or external influences. I want to be physically active, yesterday i kept wanting to dance and I did but I still feel like dancing. i think im getting jumpy again. but anyways i gotta channel that energy towards exercise. Also I gotta study for those two tests so workout and then sit and study. Thats my intention. Take breaks every hour to dance for 8 to 10 minutes. Yesterday I danced all day to Im Still Here by John Rezcnik... I wonder what Ill dance to today. I tend to choose a song and put it on a loop. I usually get sick of it after a handful of times, but sometimes i go back to it again the next day,
