The Writings of Druki
This journal contains stuff that has happened to me either in Gaia or in RL.
News
A lot of things are happening in my life at the moment, and I will be *temporarily* unable to access this wonderful site. Next week (this Saturday, actually) to next Saturday I will be gone on a camping trip. Since it's camping, no computers/electrical outlets will be available, let alone internet. So, yeah...it's good, yet bad, like school.

Another thing is also happening which of a more serious nature that will render me unable to access the site (but not permanently). My grandpa is dying from cancer and is very weak/ill/not doing well. My parents and others are speculating that he has only a few weeks, maybe a month or two to live. I, on the other hand, am speculating he'll die sometime next week, if not sooner. So, another grandparent gone, out of my life.

Gaia has really been all that interesting. Nothing new is happening, people are gone, no activity, et cetera. I can only hope that this improves as the school approaches.

Bah, FFXI is still getting on my nerves.

Hey, sorry to hear bout your grandad dude sweatdrop Dont worry, it always rains before the sun shines 3nodding

If it help any, I know this guy who was told he had 2 weeks to live. That was 5 years ago. Every month doctors are puzzled at how he survives cancer. I asked him one day when he was drunk, how he does it, if its intentionaly. He told me that people expect him to die. If he listens to them, then their words go into his head and make him beleive it. So he ignores them, and rises to suprise them. Yeah, I know, so what he was drunk. Theres another saying. When the wine is in, the truth is out. Think about it..

Anyway, Im startin to wonder off course with my babblings whee I cant sleep and Im tired. Excuse me while I go knock myself out with loads of Calpol (a childs medicine for petty things) and a frying pan xd

Bah, I'm not really all that worried about it. He was never really my favorite grandparent, nor was he the best the last half of my life, but meh.

I'm very sad to hear that your grandpa is dying. Unfortunately, my granpa was just diagnosed with cancer this year. It's not too bad though. They can treat it.

Certain types can be treated. The thing with the old aged (No offense sweatdrop ) but the radiotion rays can actualy cause more damage than usual, cause... well, they're weaker and their tissue is thinner.
Rambling again whee
