Pretty much what I've been doing all month.


We've been pretty busy. Apparently our McDonald's is super special in many ways, like we have really nice furniture and HD televisions, things that most McD's lack. We also have a Cafe machine that makes things like latte and whatever, something else that most others lack.

So apparently we're so special, the president of the McDonald's corporation (not just of our franchise, but over EVERY McDonald's everywhere) decided that he wanted to drop on by and check it out. Which stresses out my manager which, in turn, leads to more work for everyone (myself included). Everything is cleaned, polished, swept, mopped. The whole shebang.

Then after that event happened, about a week later we caught most local media's attention. So for the past week we've been on almost all news channels. Channels 2, 5, 7, and 11 I know for sure, might be missing one or two. Someone from a local radio station also dropped by for interviews.

And somehow Feng Shui plays a role in all of this. I'm not sure how, supposedly our store incorporates it or some such.

But other than that, got a pay raise, so I'm happy for the moment.


Started school again. Taking Psychology 1A, English 68 (write better good today!), and Business Accounting 7. I like all my professors so far, so I have a feeling this will be a good semester.

I'll try and elaborate on some more details tomorrow.
