A flash of light traveled through the big house, Bang!. Dampness fills the air with its fresh sent. Its dark and not a noise can be heard except the pitter patter on the window. You’re warm under the blanket, by the fire you sit, staring into the hot flames that dance. Soon the flash of light speeds its way through the house. Bang! Louder than before, the echo of the thunder rolls closer. A bit of fear finds its way into your mind but is soon soothed away by the warm coffee that warms you as you drink. When is it to end? The question is in mind. You close your eyes and listen to the soft pitter patter on the window, the cold, the wet, you didn’t mind as long as you are inside. To listen to the world’s natural music was great. The soft sounds make it easy to forget that the bang would come. When the lights hits it’s all over, you now remember and open your eyes and get ready for the noise. BANG! It’s over your house now just above your head.
