Chances are I won't say very much tonight as I'll just be uploading pictures, maybe with a caption or description or two. So I'll just say some stuff now.

First off, high school has been a blur and a half. I don't remember much of my Freshman or Sophomore years. Probably because I didn't do much. I don't even know how I managed to pass my classes because I wouldn't do anything. But then again, that's high school for you.

Good and bad times were had, on and off Gaia and various games and life itself. We moved with a month's noticed, lost a grandfather, had an uncle move in, bought and lost a car, sent a brother to Uruguay, almost lost the van, jobs and the house in the period of two weeks, didn't know if I was going to graduate, felt lost and confused and depressed along the way.

But you know what? That's life. Not the sick drama and "dude lets go get baked after school lolol" talk that goes on in high school. Not the "OH NOES I HAS A 5-PAGE PAPER DUE TOMORROW AND I HASN'T STARTED" or the atmosphere of school. The things you experience behind the scenes, the things which you'll continue to experience and adapt to and learn from are life. They're the biggest part of it.

So what have I learned? Probably not much from school. I do know I should never go into construction and carpentry (inside joke with a friend from Freshman year). Anything else, all the math and English terms, the "values" and characteristics of characters in books, all the science. Gone. Vague memory at best. Put me in front of a final that I took Sophomore, Junior, or even this year and I might pass. Give me the material to study and I'll say "Hey, that looks familiar" and I'll re-remember it for a while but that's it.

I've learned that what was once big and important is really small and insignificant in the aspect of life. The small things, the good and the bad that you take with your friends and family and by yourself, are what leave an impact and what you learn from.
