I walked home today, due to my lack of bus tickets, and because if it's not complete s**t and cold outside I prefer to walk.

Then it started to rain, kenji (in her constant concern for everyone's well being) offered to let me come to her place till it let up or till she had to leave at 5:00. I declined, saying I would live, I'm not made o suger so I figured I would be okay.

Man, that was one of the best things I've done in awhile. I love walking in the rain, it was a cool rain, but it wasn't windy or anything so I wasn't the slightest bit cold. I felt so cleansed by it. I didn't feel dirty before, but I felt much cleaner afterwards. It was really nice, people are crazy for running from spring showers. I was kind of singing and dancing a bit on my way home, I got a few weird looks, but I felt liberated.

And all that from walking home.
