This entry is a monument to those who's lives were taken in U.S. history's worst single shooting. This will serve as a memoir, if you will, of the students' lives that were so reluctantly taken at the hands of their own kind. This is truly a tragic event that deserves to be remembered in infamy. But this single event leads to so many questions. Was this man right in taking the lives of those around him, in taking his own? Was his assault provoked or was his reason justified? Maybe these souls deserved to be taken. This, was created in essence by themselves. By producing these guns, we have given reason for violence. Just by living in and supporting our society, we have written our own death warrant. But in doing so, who is there to write that warrant? Why is there anyone left? We, as humankind, have given ourselves so many reasons to die, to brush the lips of death. Why? For self greed? To end the pain of living? Every day, millions are in near death situations. Yet, humankind persists to live. Which makes one wonder. Why? Is it because we are meant for a greater purpose, to act as prophets and saviors to our own selves. To rid the world of evil manifestations? I cannot say. I cannot say whether or not we have abused our rare ability to percieve and to grow intellectually. Perhaps. Perhaps. We all risk ourselves. Maybe this man was right in liberating trapped souls. Maybe there was a divne figure intervening. Maybe, he was just a psychopath. Nobody knows. There are sooooo many more things passing through my mind, but im sure you are sick of my ranting at this point. If you really want to hear the rest, just talk to me. Im not hard to find. And, if any of you had a hand, or foot, in this situation, any distant relative involved, I am deeply sorry for what happened and if i have insulted you in any way, promptly approach me and slap me across the face.............and for those of you who caught the reference, im not a schizo.......i just assumed that the general public would salute these deaths too.
