O-kei, This may come off as weird or even slightly stupid, but recently I have been wanting customers that are rude.
Now, before you get all "Ozzie, double-yuu-tea-eff (WTF)", hear me out. I have five hour shifts, and although there are some incredibly funny things happening at the Dollar Tree, they are in small doses during long intervals of time. And after a while of complaining about the cold and weather, you’ll need better topics of conversation.
For example, I was helping unpack stock in-between customers at today when all of a sudden I got this one woman, whom God neglected to give a personality to, come and ask me "Where are all your dog toys? ". I responded politely "Yes ma'am, Strait down isle 6 on the left." Two seconds later: "DO WE HAVE A COMMUNICTION PROBLEM~!? I asked you for dog toys and I don't see a gwad damn one." I was stunned for a second, but after hearing her and seeing the customers evil glares towards her little out burst, I found it a little funny Hilarious.
After walking her to the isle and showing her the dog toys, that were in clear view, I marched up to the front with this slapped on grin, chanting a mantra 'Kill the b***h with kindness out the wazzu'. Later on that night when I was cutting up boxes I started to stare off in space thinking about it, and I apparently scared my boss because she came up to me and said "O-Ozzie, put the box cutter down."
.:End:.
