Sorry 'bout my last journal entry it was just too late/early and I needed to go to bed.
So I was wondering, just how much do you need to censor yourself around your parents? I have to almost keep mouth shut completely around my mom because you Really never know whats going to set her off.
My dad, I don't have worry quite as much, but still keep off of the no-no's- stupid teachers, R-rated movies, sex, drugs, religion, homosexuality, ah, most anything liberal, NO cussing, fighting, bad grades, um, friends my mom has decided she doesn't like (usually after meeting them for 4 seconds rolleyes ) tv shows They've decided They don't like, doing anything a programmed robot wouldn't have done... That's all I can think of at the moment- my mom has a slightly longer list- my dad's list is partially this long because I don't know how much he tells her. Mom likes to keep a tight Leash on her Subjects.
And she wonders why I don't "talk" to her...
Anyways, how much do you have to do this around your own parents? And which subjects do you Really have to avoid?
