Hey you know that gender quiz-thing? Well I took it and apparently I am 73% female. I was mildly surprised. Was kind of expecting to be, at most, half and half. *shrug* oh well. Well, at least it said that I was tough enough not ot let anyone take advantage of me. Overall I am of mixed feelings about this. Of course, I truthfully don't hold much faith in gender stereotypes. Any other stereotype, either, and I work hard to keep it that way so of course I understand that the terms feminine and masculine are really more general terms to help you understand something than things that actually describe all males or females. And the truth is when someone says feminine, often one of the things that pops into your head is Weak. Which is in fact more of a result of male control than anything else. I refuse to believe that being female makes you inherently weak. Masculinity, of course, has been glorified over the majority of human civilization and only recently has some of the traits inferred in that word been attacted and reviled and blah blah blah.
So, uh, where was I? You know I'm not really sure where I was going with that. It's 2 am, maybe I should get some sleep... yeah, before I start rambling about aliens or something.
