Marie ran out of the room screaming "Don't leave me! I promise I will change." She grabbed onto Adrian's shirt and he stopped. He said "Take your dirty hands off of me. I don't want to deal with you anymore." Marie said "Please, I will change." Adrian shrugged out of her hold and continued to the door. Marie sobbed harder as he opened it and walked through. It slamed after him and she slumped to the floor and a servant ran up to her and said "Mistress, you must get off the floor. What is the master should see you like that?? Marie didn't care what her grandfather would say. She had just lost the love of her life to another. Not a woman with warm skin and a voice like bells but she had lost him to the army. He had wanted to join but while she was engaged to him he had been forced by his family to stay by her side and now that he deamed that the marriage agreemed was void he was able to leave her. She sobbed harded and didn't even stir when a burly servant picked her up and carried her to what had been thier chambers for just a short time. She was deposited on the matress where she was left alone to cry her heart out. Her spirit was broked and she just stared at the rain that splatered the window. She was hallow, devoid of emotion now that Adrian had left her. The whole of London would know that she was of no marriage prospect now the women would shun her and the rakes would come after her, trying to console her and other mischief. She would life out her life as a spinster in her grandfather's house. She sate there for the rest of the day and most of the night before she driffted off into a restless half sleep.

I was bored and thought of the first line and had to finish the story. I hope you like it. Tell me what you think.
