well..i over endulged myself with food, so as i go to practice, i have food in my stomach wanting to puke for the last 4 miles. lol.

meat/poultry: me became pesco-vegetarian
candy/greasy foods: bad for skin, could get diabetes [it is in family line, cousin got it when was young with candy =,= ], or say to others "are you tryng to make me fat?" lol &&&
