"Because I'm tired of you using me to warn him." he felt something wet on his back and heard her sobbing softly as her grip on him tightened.
He turned around to look at her directly. But instead of an eight-year-old standing before him, a nineteen-year-old woman stood before him with silver tears streaking her pale cheeks. He looked at her in a puzzled way.
"Is that you Sarah?" he asked softly completely taken by surprise of the change in looks and height.
"Yes it's me." she smiled softly and kissed him, "Do you like what you see?"
He stared at her in shock. "What was that about Sarah?" he asked in a surprised voice as she moved away from him so he could see her fully.
Instead of her dress that resembled a dolls with puffed sleeves and a full puffed out skirt she was wearing a long slender gown that looked like starshine in the moonlight. She looked up at him quietly with her eyes so full of deep emotion that had never been evident in her eyes when she was a child.
"Because I love you Armadeo. It took me until now to admit it to you and myself." she whispered then continued, "That's why I always insisted upon telling you to warn Baron about something so I would have an excuse to be near you." she finished.
