A while later, Vadrielith was jerked awake by quite a lot of noise from the stairwell. "LET ME GO, DAMMIT! WHAT THE HELL DID I DO?!"

"Quit struggling! You're just making it worse!"

"I'LL GIVE YOU WORSE, YOU JACK ASSES!"

There were several grunts and the sound of a struggle, but eventually, it seemed that one side won. Sure enough, two guards (Mullroy and Murtogg), came down the stairs, dragging an unconscious girl between them and threw her into the cell, then left after locking the door.

A while later, she groaned and picked herself up off the floor. "Oww..." She stood up, rubbing her head, and realized Jack and Vadri were staring at her. "What're you guys in here for?"

Jack began counting off on his fingers, "Pillaging, plundering, piracy, looting, smuggling..."

Vadri ignored him and spoke to the girl. "I'm in here for piracy, murder, and plundering."

"...impersonating an officer of the Spanish Royal Navy, impersonating a cleric of the Church of England, thievery, arson, kidnapping, poaching..."

"Ah. I see," the girl said, glancing at Jack, who was still counting off items on his fingers. "I'm Sharkey."

"...brigandage, depravity, depredation, and 'general lawlessness'." He smiled brightly in his drunken way, showing he was finished.

"Got everything?" Vadri asked sarcastically.

Jack thought for a moment. "Oh! And sailing under false colors."

Vadri rolled her eyes. "I'm Vadri, and this is Jack."

"CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow," he said, holding out a hand through the cell bars to Sharkey. "Is Sharkey your real name?"

She nodded. "Yup."

"Well, luv, welcome to jail."
