Jeez, it's kinda boring to be back in school, eh?
Still, Mai's back at Southern with us, which means lots of fun daily. Her mom switched her out of Northern as a bribe, but that's a story for another day. The point is that we've got her back, hopefully until graduation, and after that as well.
Tidbits about Kuro's daily life:
- I'm supposed to be going to marching band twice a week. I dread it...all the time.
- I cleaned my room.
- For the first time.
- In several months.
- I cleaned out one of my bookshelves. I'll work on the others on some rainy, school-less day.
- I found out that I actually have a carpeted floor in my room. Oh joy.
- Eventually, my bunk bed is going to be taken apart and probably sent to bunk-bed heaven. And then I'm going to redo my room.
- My mom told me that we can paint the walls of my room at her house. I'm going to paint a window on at least one wall, because my mom is currently renting out a basement apartment, and so I have no windows. ;_;
- We took my brother's kittens (Jack and Layla) back to him a couple weeks ago.
- He has a stoplight in his apartment. <3
- I still haven't organized my school supplies. ;D
- I'm still dreading marching band. My mom says I should quite since I hate it so much.
- It's not that marching band in itself is a bad thing. It's just that our marching band is not so much a marching band as a walking ensemble which attempts to create vague formations.
- Our drum majors graduated last year. Now we lack drum majors because there is half a senior in the marching band.
- I hate the Southern High marching band...and all the bands that are bigger than the Southern marching band. Dx
- Pardon me while I ramble.
- I'm trying real hard to clean out some of the files on my computer. -sigh-
- My mom made me use the stupid agenda book that we were obligated to buy. I hate the stupid agenda book.
- Believe it or not, I'm actually kind of having fun doing aerobics.
- I made it into flute choir. (Not as if I doubted I would. ;D )
- I'm doing four or five auditions that I can think of this year.
- Whether or not I go to band camp depends on Otakon. But I am going to Otakon. Band camp isn't as important.
- Did I mention that I hate marching band?
-Srsly. A lot.
Oh, by the way, Sins-san: Yes, I had fun in Salem. I had so much fun that I bought a t-shirt there. xD But I really do like Salem. Massachusetts is a quirky, awesome place. ;3 If you want to come with us and visit some time, I totally wouldn't object. I'm fairly sure I could find a duffel bag big enough...Just kidding. I took some pictures of Boston on my camera phone, but I'll take a real camera next time so you can see Salem from the Kuro Point-Of-View. (Ooh, aah.) ^^;;; And yeah, my little brother is the bane of my existence.
