I realized I have a lot of bad habits:
-Biting on my (rather long) nails--though I don't bite them off--when I'm thinking.
-Tugging on my earlobe when I'm uncomfortable or zoning out
-Getting really loud when I'm excited
-Tapping my fingers or fingernails all the time on every available surface
-Messing with my Renn Fest necklace
-Humming or singing along with every song I know when I'm not paying attention
-Running my fingers through my bangs
-Frequently taking trips into outer space
-Tapping my feet
Possibly if I write these things down I will be able to stop them.
Can I do that with my feelings too? 'Cause I've got a few more of those than I can comfortably deal with:
-Anger
-Confusion
-Listlessness
-Worry
-Dread
-Frustration
-Exhaustion
-Envy
-Impatience
-Bloody-mindedness (Oh yes, that is a feeling.)
-Sadness
-Chaos
-Wariness
-Spite
-Stress
I rotate between all of those. I mean they're not all that I feel all the time, but the balance between positive and negative does not favor me or my nerves.
