Yesterday was my birthday. I want the world to know, I can now buy tickets to see R-rated movies, and I don't have to be all sheepish if they ask for ID! Take that, world!
Though, funny thing, nobody's ever carded me before anyway. So that's not as awesome as it should be. = x= I only thought of it because some of the kids in my first period were complaining about getting carded at movie theaters.
And by the time the next election rolls around, I'll be able to vote...if I actually like a candidate enough to vote for them. And next year I'll be old enough to buy cigarettes, but cigarettes are freaking gross, so that's what I'd call a moot point.
The more I think about it, the less exciting it seems.
Still, I'm seventeen! I'm hip! I'm cool! I can apply the word 'yo' in a sentence! o 3o
