Well my neighbor taught her new dog how to bark at anything that moves. She uses her dog(s) as pawns in the war between neighbors.

The last dog barked at 6:30am. Every single day. Then from 7am to 8am and then 3 to 4pm as students were going to and from school. Annoying.

They even had friend's walk by with their dog and have them go up the stairs to bark at each other.

ANNOYING.

But now it seems they have to endure the barking INSIDE too. Good for them.
