So the weather forecast is looking pretty awful. Heatwaves starting tomorrow from 34, 33, 33, 35, 36, 34. Looks like Thursday and Friday are going to be the worst of it. And I really hope the temperatures drop again after Saturday. cat_sweatdrop
I don't do well in the heat, I'm more built for the cold. Not just because I'm chubby these days due to my restricted diet because of IBS and my difficulty with exercising, but I've always had a much better tolerance to cold, even when I was slim. I had to go to my room this afternoon because the humidity was so high that I was sweating so much, I was sticking to the couch. I hate when the weather is like this.
The only good thing about summer heatwaves is the spectacular storms. So I hope they cool things down intermittently and make things more bearable. I was working on my profiles for the Liquid Life Remake rp last night and today! I've made a lot of progress with them and I just have to flesh out the descriptions for the different amenities and locations of the rp setting.
It's a wonderful original concept so kudos to it's original creator in the Miracle of Life Pregnancy RP guild library here in the old guild. I tried to revive the guild but didn't have any luck. Guilds don't do well on Gaia anymore because everyone relies on Discord and that sucks. At least guilds for b/c pets shops are still active for the shops which are still active today. I love going back to read the journals of my favourite old shops, still. But as time passes, a bunch of the links and art are getting broken. It sure is sad. I miss D-Corp, GMFC, Curio and a couple more.
Anyway, I'm going to continue to work on Liquid Life now that it's not so hot and humid. I hope the hot weather doesn't make it too hard to post replies on my rps and finish this overdue one up.
Thanksgiving is very soon for my friends in the USA and while we don't have that over here in Australia, I'll dress my avi and celebrate in spirit from overseas. cat_3nodding
