Bwahaha. I was in my Chinese dress today. Got up there at about 12:40ish, and spent some time wandering around. I wound up at the State of Anime in Canada panel, run by a friend of mine (webmaster at www.zannen.ca)... I almost won a Last Exile boxed set... But I was late by like a millisecond in shouting "TWELVE TO SEVENTEEN!" so I got nothing. xp

Afterward... Hung out a little, went in search of autographs (and received none), walked past Scott McNiel and his perpetual crowd of followers, got photos takenm went through Artist's Alley, and located the Snafu booth... Then went to the Snafu panel. I met Dave Stanworth and chatted with him for a little while, after getting autographs for my brothers: one "To Hudson not Jason", and one "To Jason not Hudson". xd

After that... I heard mention of Gaia and announced my letter raffle. Then located Dragoil once again. whee

We wandered through Artist's Alley and I picked up some buttons for my brothers, then we got to the Gaia panel. The turnout was much better than last night; I'm surprised. We did the PowerPoint thing again, and at the beginning of the Q&A part, I did manage to yell "STOP ASKING WHEN THE BATTLE SYSTEM IS COMING OUT." It made me happy.

Well, I was definitely not the only person who thought of raffling stuff, so people had raffle tickets drawn out of Editor's sunglasses bag for various letters. After all the other letters were drawn, Asaia gave away a June '06, and I gave out two August '06s. Then I dragged Dragoil and Asaia off to the library, where I abused my internet priveliges to send out my prizes, and we talked. And talked and talked and talked. We wound up getting some food (well... I just got a can of pop, since I know where the cheap machine is) and went to watch Basilisk. Thinking we would be late, we got in as quick as we could.... only to find the end of Samurai Gun. After a moment of "....", they started Basilisk and we watched the shiny ninja fightings. Oooou.

By the time the four episodes were over, it was about 10pm, so we all went home. After taking fun pictures, of course. xp

Note to self: GO TO DEALER'S ROOM TOMORROW, DAMMIT. I WANT TO GO BUY WOLF'S RAIN.
