Middle of Value City on the day before Yule...Mike calls and gets all quiet & depressive and says, "I'm deppressed, blah, blah, -random quiet moments-three things are wrong, guess them." "Your mom....and Asheligh, you're ex." "Yes, that's two of them." "Well, baby, what's the third?" And at this moment I started getting a funny feeling whenever I said "Baby." "I don't wanna talk about it."

So he says after awhile he's worried because he talked to the Rossford city police and they said the legal dating age with consent was raised to 18 and my phone goes out while I stutter.

Deep down I know it's bullshit...

So I get outside sniffeling and he says his grandma and his sister said to cut it off at Xmas and then that BS about David and Fats having that damned talk about me lying to the cops if I ever got mad enough at him.

So I said, "I would NEVER intentionally hurt another human being like that, Mike and I would hope you at least know that much about me." "...I understand."

So he goes on about how he's trying to get his life straight and he can't deal with this and blah, blah, he's been having old thoughts and just doesn't wanna go to jail again.

So after a few more silences I said, "You know what, Mike, I'm not up to talking at the moment so...Call me on my home phone later...Or just don't call me...You have the number, right? Okay, good...Bye."

I just got off the phone with Rossford city police and I can date him right now even without parental consent but I just need consent to have sex. ::Shrug:: He lied to me unless it was the cop that did.
