After a couple months I figured I would give a little update on why things have been a little slow on the story front.
Back in January I started my spring term at college. My work load was light in terms of homework, at least until the middle of March. I've become a little swamped with homework and projects, so recreational writing has been on the back burner more or less due to this.
In more recent events I actually had some form of anxiety induced mental breakdown early in this week ( April 4th-5th). As a result I didn't sleep at all that night and was unable to productively do anything at all. With the help of my Mom I was able to book a flight out that same night to take trip up north to visit my boyfriend and get my mind back on track and under control.
While this vacation is nice let me say that you should always take time for yourself. Take care of yourself. Eat a good meal, relax in a warm bath, snuggle under your softest blanket and read a book or watch a movie. Don't let yourself get overworked with school or work or social drama. And always try to let go of the past. Even if you think you have let go of something, you could still harbor something to do with it deep down and when it surfaces it isn't fun.
That's what got me, I was still holding on to a lot of emotions around past events tiny life and with my stress around school, social life and family, it broke me down after months, maybe even years of just being there. So please take care if yourselves.
Anyway, as soon as things mellow for me I'll try to write more of the on going story for you guys, and hopefully it won't be too far in the future.
