I trampled through the brush and trees as my feet pressed against the fresh mud made by the currently falling rainwater. I was so cold, I could barly breath. I had been running for hours, something devilish chasing me, wiht bad intentions. Whatever it was, it was hungry. I kept running and didnt stop to listen if it was following me or not, i just ran. Soon, I had reached and open clearing and decided to rest. If whatever it as was still chasing me, i would be able to see it and flee. I layed back and looked up into the freshly falling rain. The cool droplets soaked over my face. I was so tired, I refused to get up. I just lay there, without a care in the world. Except of course, for whatever was chasing me, but I had a feeling that I had lost it. It all started on a camping trip in the deep northern woods of Minnesota. I was sent off for water, and really never came back. In fact, i still held one of the four canteens. Sadly, as i went to get the water, a storm came in and flooded the river i attempted to get it from. I was swept downstream without another word. When i awoke, many hours later, i foound myself on a beach, probably many miles away from our campsite. By then it was getting dark, and i wanted to rest. (floating down a river would do that to you) I pushed back my hair and saw it. I didnt know what it was. Too amny eyes. Too many legs. I just ran. The scary thing was, it seemed to keep up with me the whole time until i had lept off one of th 14 ft cliffs of Montana. That slowed it down a bit. Then I... I suddenly got up. The storm seemed to cease where i lay, as the creature approached me from a distance. I knew that if I tried to run, it would just catch me. I lay there on the ground, paralized by fear as it slowly approached me. It leaned forward and seemed to sniff me. Then, it backed away...and the zipper came off! Out of the costume came... WAAAAA! Before i knew it, I was laying on the ground with Robin on top of me leaning close to my face and yelling...
