Clan made deal with a demon to get immortality without having to commit murders. Demon agreed if clan sacrificed one male child every generation for the demon to inhabit. Clan became immortal but child would not. Demon did not account for the child's developing mind which grew to develop strong will and ability to repress the demon.
Makes child prone to personality switches. From calm and nice to insane and angry. Works like a bijuu thing with unleashment of chaos chakra.
