Kawarimi no Jutsu [ Body Replacement Technique ] - E-Ranked
Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
Bunshin no Jutsu [ Clone Technique ] - E-Ranked
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Kai [ Dispell ] - D-Ranked
Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Shunshin no Jutsu [ Body Flicker Technique] - D-Ranked
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Jujutsu: Shijihyouketsu [ Sorcery: Death Controlling Possessed Blood ] - A-Ranked
Description: This Kinjutsu was the creation of the Jashin religion, an evil god cult of which Kugiri is a member. As long as he kills, his body will not die. This jutsu allows Kugiri to inflict whatever damage his body takes onto his opponent. He will first form a Jashin symbol on the ground. The next step will be to draw blood from his opponent; the usage of his scythes will help in this step. He will then consume the blood of his opponent to begin the ceremony.
With the blood consumed his body will darken and form a skeletal deaths head outline on his body. Then by placing himself within the circle of the symbol, any damage he takes while within it will also be felt by the opponent whose blood he consumed. Kugiri will use a pike to cause self-inflicted damage which transfers to his opponent. If he steps out of the circle, the connection ends and his opponent can damage him with no ill effects on themselves, however the connection can be re-established if Kugiri steps back into the circle.
Chouon Jashin [Blessing of Jashin] - S-Ranked
Description: This is the constantly active technique that allows Jashinist to be immortal. It affects every single atom of the Jashinist's body, allowing even severed limbs to live indefinitely. This technique can only be deactivated by Jashin himself. It also requires no chakra from the Jashinist.
Hyoukyo [Devil Possession] - SS-Ranked
Description: For this technique to be used the Yosome Jashin technique must be activated. Drawing fully on the chakra of Lord Jashin, Kugiri will find himself possessed by the evil god. During this time no symbol is needed to complete a sacrifice and all of Kugiri's attacks are reinforced by the chaos element of Lord Jashin's chakra. This will increase Kugiri's chakra supply by three times whatever level it is. Once this technique ends (after ten posts), Kugiri will be left virtually void of chakra.
Dai Endan [Great Fireball] - B-Ranked
Description: Dai Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire element. Jiraiya will first gather the fire into his mouth and then spew a giant breath of fire constantly at his opponent.
Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu [Mist Waltz Technique] - D-Ranked
Description: Katon • Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.
Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Cinder Technique) - D-Ranked
Description: Basic to all Katon users is the ability to set thing things on fire, obviously. This technique allows a person to snap their fingers and ignite a spark anywhere they so wish. A simple cinder and no more, this jutsu is used mostly in pranks and the like.
Katon: Houka Hira no Jutsu [Fire Release: Flaming Palm Technique] - D-Ranked
Description: A more advanced version of the Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu, this jutsu allows the user to hold the make spark in their hand. They then amplify it with their chakra until it is a small flame. By mimicking the gentle fist style, the push the flame into their opponent, causing clothes to light, or minor burns on the body.
Nagare Isou no Jutsu [Current Transfer Skill] - C-Ranked
Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.
Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu [Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique] - C-Ranked
Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.
Dokusatsu Haishin [Poison of Betrayal] - A-Ranked
Description: This technique is, in part, the reverse of Jujutsu: Shijihyouketsu. Instead of consuming his opponent's blood, Kugiri will inject his own blood into the body of his opponent. The blood then spreads like a supervirus, infecting the bloodstream and converting the host's blood cells into blood cells identical to Kugiri's. As this conversion occurs, they bodily organs will begin to reject the blood, causing a lack of oxygen to body tissues. This will result in fatigue, followed by loss of conciousness, and ultimately death from organ failure. This infection can be stopped if medical ninjutsu is used within two minutes (two posts) or the victim is able to separate Kugiri's blood from their own.

Konton: Kouyou [Chaos Release: Utility] - B-Ranked
Description: By drawing on the chakra of Lord Jashin, Kugiri is able to create condesned forms of chaos energy. This can range from senbon and kunai to broadswords and shields. However, everything created must be weilded by hand and nothing with complex moving parts can be created.
Konton: [Chaos Release: Throne of Hell] - A-Ranked
Description: To perform this technique, Kugiri must have obtained some of his opponent's blood. When this technique is performed a throne of skulls will rise from the ground which Kugiri will sit on. In front of Kugiri will emerge a scale with a half bowl on each side. In one side he will place the sample of blood and in the other, a feather. Should the opponent's blood weight more than the feather then Lord Jashin will emerge and devour their body while they are alive. This counts as a sacrifice for Kugiri. If the blood and feather weight the same, then the victim will become fatigued to the point of near exhaustion. If their blood weighs less than the feather then the technique ends, consuming a full quarter of Kugiri's remaining chakra supply.

Yosome Jashin [Eyes of Jashin] - S-Ranked
Description: This technique appears as crimson backgrounds with the triangular portion of the Jashin symbol surrounding the pupil. The outline of the iris (colored part of the eye) becomes a thick black circle completing the symbol of Jashin. These are the eyes that give Kugiri his unique status as a Jashin worshiper. Their abilities were sealed into Kugiri when Jashin kissed him on the forehead as a child. When activated, these eyes give Kugiri a direct line to Jashin, allowing him to utalize a portion of the evil god's power. If anyone looks into these eyes they will instantly be thrown into a genjutsu in which they see themselves being sacrificed to Lord Jashin, and then Lord Jashin consuming them. The graphic detail of this genjutsu is so absolutly gruesome and horrid that none have been able to move for quite a while (four posts) after witnessing it. After this fear factor has been instilled one of two things can happen.
- Kugiri can summon Jashin himself to devour the body and soul of Kugiri's opponent, or
- Kugiri can perform the traditional sacrifice ritual.
Either way, this will satisfy Jashin's requirement for a sacrifice.

Kugiri uses the scythe that he is pictured with. There is a resivour through the handle of the scythe that allows for the storage of blood. The blade is made from a special material that will absorb any blood that it comes in contact with. Along the handle can be seen several pin-point sized indentions. Each of these represents a hollow needle that can either push an opponent's blood into Kugiri's body or pull his own blood out and put it in the scythe. Attached to the bottom of the scythe is a long, chakra infused steel cord. A-Rank

Background Information:
Even immortals can bear children. Before Hidan's last mission with the Akatsuki he sought to bring another Jashin user. One with his own bloodline so that he may be just favorable in the eyes of Lord Jashin as Hidan himself was. It was the vision of Hidan to roam the world with his son and sacrifice the human race to their god. Hidan found a woman and forced her into bearing his child, saying that she would meet Lord Jashin that instant if she refused. After then Hidan left for his mission, during which he was burried underground by Shikimaru. Nine months later the woman gave birth to Kugiri Goshou. The child was a spitting image of Hidan, save for his eyes, which were just like his mothers. It was because of these eyes that the woman could not kill Kugiri. Little did she know that she couldn't kill him even if she tried.
Hoping to ensure that the child did not become like his father she got the best shinobi teachers she could and got them to instruct Kugiri on the art of ninjutsu and the shinobi ways. The boy showed great promise and was fairly exceptional at everything. Still, the instructors were surprised to see how well Kugiri was at taijutsu and kenjutsu. His mother was then convinced that Kugiri would take on the traits of his father. That night she tried to kill Kugiri, but was stopped by a mysterious figure.
Lord Jashin had appeared to claim the boy as his own. The lord explained that since the boy was born from the loins of a Jashin user that he would have an extraordinary link to Lord Jashin, giving him access to more power and more leniancy from the lord. Where the normal Jashin user was expected to kill at least once a week, a person like Kugiri would only be expected to do this once a month or so, but would be at his strongest after each sacrifice. The boy's declining strength would be his indication to perform a sacrifice. It was at that point that Lord Jashin bent over and kissed Kugiri on the forehead, causing the boy's skin to turn black with the traditional skeleton markings.
The next morning, when Kugiri awoke, his mother could not look at him. She ordered him to pack his things and go with his instructors who had agreed to watch over him. Saddened, Kugiri complied and spent the next five years training in a shinobi camp. Finally a group of three shinobi were able to best Kugiri and stabbed him through the stomach, by accident, during training. Kugiri almost cried out in pain before a voice in his head stopped him. You have done well my child. I have watched you grow and you show more promise than your father. It is because of the blood in your veins and the skill that you possess that you are mine. You can not die as long as you obey me. Leave this wretched camp and find the Book of Jashin. Read it an embrace it. I shall be watching. Sure enough, Kugiri did not die and ran away from the camp, leaving everything he had behind.
He searched for a year for the Book of Jashin before he found it, tucked away in an old Akatsuki hideout. Kugiri studied the book, memorizing its contents and instructions completely. Scared, yet somehow happy, of what he had learned, he yearned to speak to Lord Jashin about the book and his duties. As if on cue, Lord Jashin spoke to the boy, detailing every little aspect of what was required of him, and the special status Kugiri had as a blood inheritance Jashinist. He then told him of Hidan, his father, and how he was trapped by Konohagakure. Furnishing Kugiri with his own scythe, Jashin told the boy to do his bidding and ceased to speak with him. Kugiri stood, the spitting image of Hidan still, with a goal in mind. Find his father and free him and together they would destroy Konohagakure.
