Of getting married
Of having kids
Of having grandchildren
But it's also the sorrowful situations we must face
The stresses of everyday life
The good-byes
The deaths of loved ones
A tear comes from the eyes
But are the eyes not the windows to the soul?
A tear is just a fragment of the soul that was able to make it's way into the world
A tear rolls down your cheek for one last goodbye then finally drips away
A part of your soul, lost
But that one piece of your soul will help the world grow into something greater than it is now
Into a world where tears no longer need to be shed
