DAY 1
The leave off time was rediculous....thank you Cham-Bam.....we had to leave at around 3:30-4:00 Thursday morning and I basically let Skye take over for awhile....I din't even sleep until around 6 or so along with Sammi and Kasey filling in as a wonderful pillow.
I got a wonderful picture of Sam sleeping which will be posted soon. That is if I can ever find all of my cameras. I had like 5 or 6....
We stopped off at UVA for some lunch and a break and later we stopped off at Montechello for a tour. Which, even if the house was lack-luster and semi-disappointing, the biotchy tour guide was annoyingly fun to discuss the rumors of Jefferson's 20 or soillegitimate children with. The gravesite though was more than disappointing....after nearly rolling down that hill to get there, then watching Sammi's face when I told her the mountain we had to climb back up to get to the buses was right in front of us....you had to have been there to get it, it was miles high and the road, just the parts we could see, were nearly verticle.
So, we finally get there and the room is wonderful!!!!!! I found a new band....Cascada, which is a very beat-full band that I can't seem to get enough of....especially Every Time We Touch. -I'm listening to it now-
We ate dinner at the mall which all 270 of us walked to and back from....it was Johnny Rockets....thanks Kase for making Sammi sick from that nasty a** food.

We finally got to the hotel rooms and thank god we did....Cham-Bam may not be great at everything, but he can pick out a wonderful hotel....the beds were practically the stuff of dreams....I didn't even fight Sammi in my sleep, nor did I ever wake up or run in my dreams....I don't even think I had any dreams.
Day 2
We woke up at 7:00 the next morning and went to eat at the food court under the hotel and shop for tampons for Sammi at CVS. It was a farily uineventful morning until we got to go and see the monuments. We spent the most time at Arlengton Cemetary and the War Memorials. I found a hot man and dubbed him Jesus....I will admit, Aileen and I got a little obsessed over him....but c'mon....I haven't seen a man that hot in years....We saw the Iwo Jima memorial....even if we did just drive around it and the Gay Embassy.
We had lunch at Central Station....or something like that and did a little bit of shopping. I bought a nuckin futz hat which I completely adore and I had gelatos(sp?) for the first time.

We watched the 40 year old virgin in our room and ate dinner at the mall again....once again, thank you Kase, we ate at Johnny Rockets again, noone really wanted to go but you had already sat down by the time we noticed you missing. We all got sick off of it except for you.

And Sammi was raped by her double tampon incident that left her almost unable to walk.....which is still funny as hell.
Day 3
We got up and had another free breakfast and went around to all of the minor monuments and we went around the smithsonian for over 6 hours. I loved it, but we kept losing Aileen and having to go and find her again. Sammi and I got seperated so many times that we didn't even really care anymore,but Aileen nearly panicked every time she got lost. We watched this crappy IMAX movie while we were there which was so boring and stupid that it made all of us but Kasey fall asleep. All it talked about was bacteria and krill!!!!

We could have been over at the american history museum looking at dorothy's shoes, archie bunker's chair, and the puffy shirt, but no! We were watching that stupid movie....then when we finally did leave to go next door to the other museum, Kaey and I leave first, then I get a call from Sammi who is at the front of the building. Were at the back so I tell her to walk back and she gets lost!!!! She got lost walking around a cube people!!!! A CUBE!!!!
*sigh*
then we went and saw the roosevelt monument and the Jefferson memorial which Sammi almost fell to her death from. I don't care what you say Sammi, it was still your fault, not mine and Kasey's....besides....I was the one who pulled you back from the brink by your hoodie, so there.

We ate dinner at the mall and I got this totally cool ring....which I just realised I'm not sure where it is anymore....
O_O;
Day 4
We left and drove the 7 hours home. We stopped at a McDonalds that they tried to cram 200 people into....needless to say....it didn't work very well.
and then we ended up here, at home.
But, despite the bad things, like Sammi's spoon problem, I still had fun, the history and the whole experience reminded me why I'm going into a history profession. I hope I get to go back soon....oh, ps....Pictures are comming soon!!!!
