Dear Larry the Cucumber,
This feels stupid.
But I found a couple of old "Veggie Tales" tapes in a box in my mom's closet. Now, you know, I'm not at all a religious person... and I just recently started to read the Jewish Bible. (It felt weird putting away my Qu'ran, you know.) But, anyways... Larry, I always loved you! Larry the Cucumber... you are hilarious. Absolutely, and my daughter loves you. I mean, I could sit her up and have her watch Veggie Tales, and she'll just sit there and laugh the entire time. And sadly, I laugh the entire time too!
Oh my! I loved Jonah and the Whale*. I don't know why, but it was just so funny... I loved how, in the movie, they slapped each other with fishes. I know, it's stupid, but I though it was so hilarious. Rex will crack up laughing at it too. (But I'll bet she's only laughing because she sees me laughing.) It's a hilarious, and such a beautiful sound.
Larry the cucumber, you put such a joy on my daughter's face. And it's hilarious.
