I said that there are three ways to make me cry.
One of these I will not tell you
only because I don't want to think it
let alone, speak of it.
I said that if you are hurt
that will make me cry,
especially if it s self inflicted.
However, before you see my cry,
you will see me infuriated.
Another way to make me cry,
I said was to break up with me.
This is only half true.
I won't cry when you do
I will simply pause for a moment
probably sigh, then look you in the eyes
and simply say, "okay".
Then I will walk away
as fast as I can.
It won't show on my face,
my face will look no different.
However, if you could hear my thoughts,
feel what I feel,
if only for a second,
then you would know the truth.
As soon as you say that, my heart will begin to die.
My heart will cry in pain,
until it can't cry anymore.
Until it goes numb.
It will cry until it dies.
My life will go on
but my heart will stop
when you say goodbye.
